7clave ("we," "our," or "us") provides a digital asset custody service. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app and related services. You must be 18 or older to use 7clave. We may update this policy and will post changes here.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address, authentication credentials, and wallet metadata (names, labels, tags) that you provide. We also collect device information, usage data, and IP address automatically.

We do not collect raw key material or biometric data. Asset keys are managed inside the TEE and biometrics are processed entirely on your device.

Use of Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the service, sync wallet metadata across your devices, deliver push notifications for transaction approvals, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting and analytics), under confidentiality agreements.

Your Rights
